a) Contact and scheduling form: name, email, company and message — to respond to requests, prepare and manage meetings.
b) Scheduling via HubSpot: the data entered in the scheduling (name, email, optional phone) is processed by HubSpot to manage the booking, in accordance with its own privacy policy.
3. Legal bases
The processing is based on the following legal bases: consent of the data subject (contact form), execution of pre-contractual steps (scheduling and responding to requests) and legitimate interest (website improvement).
4. Storage
Data is stored only for the period necessary for the purposes: contact messages up to 12 months after the last contact; scheduling data for the duration of the business relationship.
5. Sharing with third parties
Data is shared exclusively with service providers essential to the website's operation: HubSpot (scheduling) and Framer (website hosting). We do not sell or rent personal data.
