1. Object: These terms govern the use of the website www.navegaiconsulting.com and the services of Naveg.AI Consulting: strategic consulting, executive mentoring, in-company training and executive masterclasses.

3. Services and proposals: The provision of services is governed by specific commercial proposals, presented on a case-by-case basis after an initial conversation. The conditions of each service (scope, duration, investment) are detailed in the proposal accepted by the client.

4. Executive Masterclass: Registration for "The New China" masterclass is confirmed upon payment. The reference values are: executive boutique format (up to 10 participants) €1,000 + VAT; standard in-company €1,250 + VAT; premium version €1,500 + VAT. Specific cancellation conditions will be communicated at the time of registration.

5. Intellectual Property: All website content (texts, images, logos, support materials) is the property of Naveg.AI or the respective owners, and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without prior authorisation is prohibited.

6. Confidentiality: In accordance with our professional practice, any information shared by clients within the scope of a working relationship is treated with absolute confidentiality, as described on the website.
